Phoebe Quin Kong (b. 1999) is an artist from Los Angeles. Her work has been shown at Pen + Brush Gallery, the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and Zepster Gallery in New York, among others. She lives in Providence, RI and is a second year Painting MFA candidate at the Rhode Island School of Design.
